Install was flawless. The price is rather steep, but you absolutely get what you pay for here. Be ready to contort your body to reach the chassis side of the harness, which will expedite removal of the doors.

Very happy with these. Took a couple of hours longer to install (total 8 hours) than directions said, but I am a little fussy about how details are done. the wiring harness fit our Jeep perfect. And a big plus, I called their customer service because one side didn't work right. After explaining to the tech what it was doing and not doing where, he explained in real English exactly the wiring error I had made, and stayed on the line long enough for me to correct my error. I would advise thoroughly reading the directions before starting, and trial fitting the parts before drilling any holes or cutting any wires. The alignment of the hinges is critical so leave all of the bolts a little loose until the step is mounted and bolted tight to the hinge.
