Dead yeast and I wasted lots of ingredients

Have used three twice now and both were dead non active yeast. Says good til 2019. Bad deal

So handy. these little packets, keep the yeast fresh. I used all of these packets over the holidays, using them for bread making. I made 27, 2 pound loaves. All were perfect, no flops.
