This flexible clear plastic sweep easily trimmed to size, take your time and sharp scissors or Exacto knife and this works wonders. Under 1/2 hour job for most people if the T part or your channel is right size to accept and hold this part, this is easy to do. Replaced rigid failing sweep, this material design is much better than OEM.
Does the job

This door sweep works fairly well. This one was actually a little too tall for my shower door gap, so I cut about 1/8" inch off of the bottom edge for the entire length and it works much better.

I have experience with the clear vinyl sweeps and I know it will shrink a little over time, so it's best to cut it about 1/4 to 1/2-inch too long and compress it a little when you slide it into the track.

I don't really know how long it will last. I have installed 2 similar sweeps and they are still working, but they are only 1 and 2 years old now.
Works great!

I wish I had realized that this replacement part was even a thing. We lived with a torn seal for years. It was very easy to install - just pull out the old disintegrating seal and slide this one in. I did actually have to trim it along the bottom edge, as it was a little too long for the shower door to close properly, but that was very easily done with a pair of scissors. If you have a problem with bends in the plastic from the way it's packaged, just heat it up with a hair dryer to soften it up a little, and all the folds will disappear.
194342 Shower Door Bottom Seal, 36-Inch, Clear by Prime-Line Products

This Prime-Line Products 194342 Shower Door Bottom Seal, 36-Inch, is clear and pliable. It serves as a diverter when slid into the slotted hole on the bottom of the extruded aluminum which is applied to the bottom of the shower door to catch and divert water that runs down the door. This is a good product, but this one did not fit my door bottom diverter, so be sure your bottom piece of extruded Aluminum take this shaped Seal, or a round or Star shaped seal end. It makes a difference whether you can replace your old seal if you don't get the right one for your shower door. This is the one of three I ordered that works for my door. Thus 3 Stars.
No more mildew, broken plastic or leaks

My walk-in shower has had a battered and mildewed plastic water deflector strip on the bottom of the shower door for years. I finally figured out how to remove one screw near the bottom of the door and pulled the old plastic strip out and replaced it with this one. It's easy to slide the new strip into place by sliding the top of the "T" into the channel on the bottom of the door and replacing the screw. No leaks. No more mildew or broken plastic. It's a great fix.
One hint: if the screw is hard to unscrew, spray it with a little oil, let it sit and then unscrew.
