Put the first packet in my first batch of rhubarb wine and the fermenter is busy with yeast converting sugar. It seems to be working just fine.
Ive unfortunately very disappointed with this batch of brewing yeast

Ive unfortunately very disappointed with this batch of brewing yeast. After receiving it, Ive tried on multiple occasions to start the yeast, but to no avail. Ive tried changing the temperatures, more or less water, even keeping it in a freshly used microwave so it could be warm with damp air, but to no luck. Ive unfortunately wasted over $100 in honey on this product. I could have just gotten a dead batch, but still, I was looking very forward to this product having done a bit of searching online before deciding on it.

Excellent yeast. So far made bread kvas and apple cider with it. All turned out to be successful. Barely any yeast smell. Barely.
