Assembly was super easy. The creeper is heavy duty, used a bunch of times already super easy to roll around the garage. I weigh about 250lbs and I have no trouble getting around. Wheels are nice and big so it's easy to roll over extension cords laying on the ground.

Product arrived in a box that had been damaged in shipment. Creeper was in good shape, but one of the barrel nuts that secure the casters to the creeper was missing. Amazon referred me to manufacturer for support, so I sent them a quick email. I received a very prompt response saying no problem and asking for my address. The very next day I had a tracking email from them showing they sent all 4 new barrel nuts.
No hassle, no questions, just prompt courteous customer service.
Creeper looks and feels to be pretty sturdy and well made. Will update once the nut comes in and I can test it out properly.
