A little price but worth it.

Seems like pretty good stuff. We used to use this back in the day before the easysand stuff came along. I actually tried this outside on a soffit on a house. The stuff dried rock hard and I'm guessing it is pretty impervious to moisture. A little pricy but probably worth it.

This stuff was awesome- I used it to apply over my bathroom ceiling after sealing it with Gardz Problem Surface Sealer- worked great and works as an awesome first coat prior to drywall mudding.
