The face is either too bright or impossible to see, and the light flickers off and on. It might be defective, but it's otherwise not worth trying to get a replacement. My daughter thinks it's cute, but it didn't wake her up the one night we tried it.
Hard to see; doesn't program well

Very difficult to see the numbers from more than a few feet away because of the lighting. Also the buttons to set the clock didn't work well; eventually I gave up and got a different clock. Waste of money.
