I'm an adult and take the children's dose of antihistamines because I can't tolerate the adult strength. Although I do like Allegra, and it is effective, it makes me drowsy. I find when I take it, I yawn a lot, even at the half adult dose. I Can't say I like the flavor- Claritin has a better flavor, but this does work to control my indoor allergies. Just wish it was non-drowsy for me. It is a pita to be yawning all the time.
