Perfect for drying all pasta. I've tried the ones with the branches and for me they are never sturdy enough. This works for me. I purchased two and they stack perfectly.

This is a very stable rack. I ca hold massive amounts of pasta without drooping. It is well-made. The wooden pegs, which serve as legs need to be pounded in to fit, so they stay put.
Great Quality at a good price, highly recommend for pasta makers out there

I purchased 4 of these and they stack together and apart very easily. I have used them for all sorts of pasta and am very pleased with the quality. I highly recommend them.

Homemade pasta dries very well on this rack. I made some extruder fusilli with semolina flour and water, and left it on the rack overnight. The pasta was completely dry when I woke up the next morning, unlike the extra amount that would not fit on the rack, and was subsequently dried on paper towels. Great product! I will probably buy more for larger batches of pasta.
