LOVE this brand!

Love this brand of coconut milk. Consistently good fat content, not all water... so great for whipping, homemade ice cream, yogurt, etc... Wish the milk was in a BPA free can. Also, we've ordered this brand from Amazon multiple times and other on-line places - with many damaged cans. Sometimes, less problems... other times, mostly dented cans. These have been quite pricey as well. But we have tried many brands and this is the BEST brand of any we have EVER tried. Will continue to purchase this brand.

Thick, nice separated solids when chilled (a warm water bath and some stirring turns it back into a creamy thick liquid) and it has a lovely taste. This is hard to find locally sometimes so it's nice to be able to purchase it on Amazon- even with the higher prices.
