Looks like an old dude with mange

Don't be fooled by the picture in the add. The actual product has about half the hair. Looks like an old dude with mange.
Funny but not worth it

Because of the position this site on my face my goggles fogged up no matter what I used(anti fog wise). Aside from that it was warm but limited mobility when i turned my head it would want to slide down my face further. Ended up packed away on the first day and for the rest of the trip.
Stylish, but the wind cuts right through it.

It's novel and definitely makes you easier to find. I went with this color because it seemed more lush than the others. I was not disappointed on receiving it.
There were some negatives and I almost gave it 3 stars. It's not neoprene so the wind on a lift cuts right through it. For lifts, when wearing a buff or fleece face cover, i can stick my lower face behind the jacket top to cut the wind. The beard prevents that. In the other end, at the bottom of the lift it's really hot and it's hard to dump heat quickly. In terms of using a camelbak, I have made splits in neoprene balaclavas. I did the same with the mouth opening. However, w/ all the hair, it was too hard to find where to slip the nozzle in.

Cool looking, terrible performance.

If you are looking for a legit, keep you warm in freezing temps, reliable balaclava, look elsewhere. With that being said, if you want to be noticed on the slopes, buy this.
I skied with the beardski twice in temps in the 40s and once in the 20s. This is garbage when it comes to actually keeping you warm. It is itchy and thin. For the price, you can get a much better balaclava for this purpose. It is cheaply made, but it does look very funny. I will still wear it if the temps are above freezing. I took off two stars because it did not perform as well as advertised.

Best ski mask on the market!

This mask is legit! Excellent craftsmanship and quality materials. people complain about the mustache but it can be brushed or trimmed to make it more comfortable. I also like that the nose cover can be folded under if you want that true beard look. Velcro fastener offers great adjustment and the fleece interior of the mask is very comfortable. Highly recommend this mask.
