Brilliant Product!!!
Charles T.December 18, 2016
Had difficulty putting it together so that it didn't leak until we called the company and the amazing customer service rep, Susan (I think), coached me on the correct placement of parts. We had one little thing in the wrong place and that made all the difference. It was not apparent from the instructions included with the filtration system, which we felt were sketchy, so if you have leakage problems, be sure to contact Greenway. WE LOVE IT NOW!!! What a time and money saver this is! For years, we were trekking 5 gallon bottles back and forth to Sam's Club, waiting for up to one half hour for a manager to credit us for the empty bottles, then lugging the full ones home. We love the taste of the water and the convenience! Thank you for a great product!!
So much water on my floors. *cry*
Bob SchoenthalJuly 9, 2016
I seem to be having the same problem a lot of reviewers have had in that it doesn't shut off the flow and ends up flooding the water cooler. I first tried it with a Knox water cooler and it seemed to work just fine for a while. After a couple months I awoke to a flood on the floor. I thought at this point it was something wrong with the water cooler, so I tried everything to correct it. Even to the point of returning the water cooler and getting another one. This time I tried a named brand Honeywell dispenser. I put it all together, put the water on top and then yet again it flooded. I've had so many floods with this thing the 300 dollar table I bought specifically for the table top coolers is not destroyed. :( I really wanted this to work cause lugging the bottles of water just is a pain. Guess I won't be buying this again and will have to sell the extra filters I bought on eBay.

As a note, I gave it two stars because when it did work the water was great and clean. If I could confidently use it with out destroying another table and possibly my floors I'd probably rate it a full 5.
Leaks often and drains tank.

Plunger keeps coming out of float assembly and drains the tank. It has happened several times. It's a piece of junk as far as I am concerned. I kept "giving it a try" and took it all apart and assembled it per instructions. I have decided to just go with something else. Sadly, I waited too long (30 days) to apply for a refund. Don't make the same mistake I did, just don't buy it. This is a poorly engineered product.
no more jugs of water ?????

works so far, just started using today. most difficult part of assembly was getting two sections separated. VERY tight and I was being careful not to break anything. soaked filter per directions, still got slight off taste, hopefully, this will pass with further use, I know filters sometimes have a slight taste when "fresh", even when properly rinsed and soaked, so I presume this is the case.

Neat product, follow directions, fit my hamilton beach countertop well after I removed the support...which is clearly mentioned in the directions

update: The concept is good, but the valve system between the tank and the cooler reservoir is a weakness. The first valve failed, the company very nicely sent a new one. It has also proven less than reliable, allowing too much water into the cooling reservoir and causing a leak. Using regular bottled water and have no leaks. a modification to the valving and level monitor might be a possible fix, but the current valve is not reliable enough for me to use.
Not compatible with many countertop dispensers...

Pros:
This filter system seems to be a good quality product. The plastic is durable and all parts fit together well. The water comes out tasting very clean- the filter itself seems to be doing a great job. The container is easy to fill and is a nice compact size for a countertop unit which is what I purchased it for.
Cons:
The directions are not very clear, especially if trying to attach to a dispenser. The pictures are not very helpful and the parts are not labeled well. This does require some assembly, so better instructions would make it much less frustrating. It is also made to sound like this filter system is compatible with "most" dispensers.... that does not seem to be the case. I purchased a Clover Cooler based on other reviewers noting that they had difficulty with other dispensers being compatible. At first it seemed to fit, sort of, and didn't leak immediately but overnight the whole unit leaked. After following all of the troubleshooting advice for the Clover unit, the leaking continued and I had to dismantle the whole assembly. I called Clover thinking it was the dispenser itself only to be told that the Greenway System was in fact not compatible. Will be calling Greenway to see what their dispenser recommendations are since their website also states that "most" dispensers are compatible. Probably going to end up returning both the dispenser and the filter system- unfortunate because I liked the idea of the system.
