Good for 3.5 month old babies and up.

We have almost 4 month twin boys. They like to spin the wheel, feel the ridges on the outside, look at the colors. We put the babies in their floor seats with this on the tray and it will keep them engaged for 10 minutes or so (pretty good for a 4 month old!) I think it is helping their hand eye coordination as well.

This play wheel is fabulous. It is one of the only toys which captures my daughter's attention and has a good suction. I actually bought two of these to use in different capacities and she loves to spin and turn the wheel and individual parts. The noise that the small plastic beads make is pretty calming and the bearings are great, allowing the wheel to spin for an unusually long time. Very pleased with this purchase.

My 7 month old loves this toy. We stick it to her high chair and she plays with it while I'm making dinner or loading the dishwasher. She loves it and the suction cup has worked out really well, she hasn't been able to knock it off, so it doesn't require me bending over to pick it up for her every 5 seconds. I would absolutely recommend this toy.

My twin boys are super enthralled with this whee - from an early age. Even my 3 year old thought it was cool. My gripe is that the surface you stick it to has to be perfectly smooth or just it will not stick at all. Definitely only for a table top, high chair tray, etc. Don't even think you can stick this to your hardwood floor.

Decent buy. When I can get it to stick keeps my daughter preoccupied for some time. She can easily spin the wheel and is intrigued by the colors, movement and sound. But may not be worth it to some because is a mind bender trying to.figure out which surfacea it will best stick and then what will make it.stick best.
