I have Sjogren's disease which causes severe dry glands. Dry eyes, mouth, etc. Syst*** used to work well for me but as the dryness worsened, it started to burn my eyes. On the hunt for new drops I tried Hylo Forte. The drops work great, but the dispenser is terrible. First I have Carpal tunnels so its very difficult some days to use. Secondly, even if my hands are working well, its still an odd dispensing system. You have to have perfect aim and definitely do it in the mirror and I still miss sometimes because the drops come shooting out with too much force. Other times, it eeks out a drop and it very hard to apply to your eye without touching the dispenser tip to your eye which is bad. I have to use it so frequently that I use up a bottle in 2 weeks and cant afford for it to be going on my cheek. I also need to use drops in the middle of the night and you can not dispense this lying down. I have no problem dispensing lying down with regular squeeze bottles. So overall I like the product, just needs a normal squeeze bottle.

On an average day I spend around 10-14 hours in front of the computer which leads to a lot of eye strain. On top of that I am a contact wearer so both those combined leads me to have very very dry eyes.
After scouring the internet for all different types of eye solutions whether it's for me to use without contacts before bed or contact refreshing solutions, I finally found the one. Due to my long hours and constant contact wearing I was experiencing a lot of dried eye mucus around my eyes in the mornings. Within 1 day of using Hylo Forte before taking my contacts out and before putting them in, I experienced a lot less build-up. Within two days I had almost no build up.
Hylo-forte has also helped my eyes stayed moisturize so my contacts do not irritate my eyes which use to cause them to constantly move out of place. Now this hasn't been an issue at all!
