Probably won't be using this product after the box is empty. Mouth feel for me stays slimy, kind of recalling the package opening smell. Really wanted this product to help with a low carb approach.

These fiber noodles are a wonderful supplement to help my body run smoothly.

It can be pretty tasty stir fried. They are already very soft, so I recommend putting them in a strainer, then draining them on paper towels. Mix them in with food that is already cooked and heat them up 2 or 3 minutes. I bought some powdered Vermont white cheddar cheese, heated the noodles, then added the powdered cheese and squirted in a little butter spray; it's close to fettucini. I'm diabetic and can't have the real noodles, so it's great for me.
Great for diets

If you crave carb-y things on a low carb diet, look no further- I've made carbonara, pad Thai and other such noodle dishes with this (as well as rice dishes with the same brand's miracle rice.) Everything always comes out great, everyone always loves it- and yes, it's a little different, but really, it sates you so well when you're trying to stay on track but want to eat "real" food and not just salads :)
