I bought these because I am starting to bake more and more authentic Italian recipes and I remember my mom always using these when she made Pan Di Spagna. With this item recipes always seem to turn out perfect and the smell when it is baking is definitely heavenly. Big plus, each little packet has a well known Italian recipe in the back, but you must be able to read Italian. Most definitely will be purchasing this again in the future!
