Seem to be OEM. Fit perfectly in our 2008 Toyota Solara. Only reason for 4 stars is the packaging is too loose and large, therefore moving all over the box during shipping, potential to ruin a pad. Ours were OK though. FYI, price is slightly higher than a dealer, so Prime and their supposed free shipping is not really free anymore! Plus almost all of us pay tax now. Amazon is losing its appeal and yet is expanding. They will fall hard if not careful.
