Man I've always wanted one of these!
My dad had one and I loved going to his house and using it. They are just so convenient.
So I shopped around and read countless reviews and the Coxreels was one of best I could find. Now, when it's cold out side and my or my wife's tires are a little low I no longer have to worry about getting tangled up in the air hose.
If your worried about quality, don't be! It made from heavy gauge powder coated steel. I believe you get what you pay for and I think I got a lot of value with this purchase!
Take your time and read the install instructions. Again, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS before digging in to this. I nearly overtightened the extension hose and ruined my new toy! So pay attention and don't get in a hurry.
Overall I'm glad I spent a little extra and bought a quality hose reel!

The first one arrived all beat up. But Amazon was great providing for the return. The replacement arrived in great shape. The hose reel is great. Extremely well made. I had a good hose from a cheap reel that broke. And Coxreel provides a very good instruction video on their website on how to install the hose. Needless to say I am totally satisfied.

After having air hoses spread around the shop floor it's great to be able to have them coil up automatically and be out of the way. Well made and good quality.

Okay... It's a higher priced retractable reel. It does not come with hose (which is actually want I wanted). And it does it's job like all the rest do. But the reason I spent more on this one was because of quality! It's a nice piece of equipment that is well built. Also I could load it with the hose I wanted. This reel is heavy duty, has easily replaceable parts, made in the USA, and is contractor grade. I'll pay extra for that.

I bought this to load the small diameter hoses I use in my wood shop. It works great. Very high quality. Dont even bother with the plastic spools. The dont last.
