Very nice hose reel, extremely well made, I bought this to use with my Vacumaid pro50 in my garage, it makes using the 50' hose a breeze, you'll need two attachments from Vacumaid to make it work.
First is a bypass hose that goes from the reel to the vacuum, Google search: 1-1/4"³ X 5"² Hose with HV109BL and HC111BL
Second is a hose adapter that goes from the end of the hose to the reel, Google search: Vacuum Hose Connector - One End Threaded HC111BL
These are both from Vacumaid and work with their vacuum, not sure how it'll work with others

I was able to install this today and it is the real deal. It is very heavy and solidly made. I couldn't believe how solid it is! It holds a 50 foot hose perfectly. The connections can be a little tricky but ask me and I'll tell you where to buy them.
