Work as advertised. I would recommend them to anyone that has a window(s) to protect. I checked both of them by going outside and rapping on the window fairly hard. Of course, not hard enough to break the window, both went off in turn. Perfect.

Works well - easy set up and adjustability. We use it on our cash register in conjunction with our security system in our restaurant.

No problems with getting the device working correctly, following the manufacturer's instructions and the Skylink Alarm System manual for installing new detection devices.

Very handy addition to the Skylink alarm system. I wish it were a bit less expensive, but this does pretty much what I need it to. I use it on some sliding glass doors and windows. Thanks to the fact that it's adjustable, I don't have any problems with it going off when it shouldn't (except, of course, when the cat is hunting moths!). It can be set so the lightest tap sets it off, or it can be made less sensitive so that your cat has to get very enthusiastic. Even at it's most sensitive, however, if you open the door or window very carefully it won't go off. I fix that by using something to block it closed, so the only way in is to break glass.

I bought the SkyLink to back up and existing system. These motion sensors are WAY better than the Door/Window Sensors. My fear is someone sees the window senor and simply breaks the glass out of the window without opening the window. This would never set off the Window/Door Sensor Alarm.

These motion sensors are very easy to install. Peel the double sided Velcro off and stick on unit and where you want it. I placed them in the middle of the window on the sides of frame. If someone opens, it goes off, if someone break glass, it goes off, (heck I had it set to highest setting and the dog barked right outside the window and set it off.)

Since some Door/Window Sensors came with the kit, I use those on the solid doors that would have to be busted down to open. BUT you could put this (motion sensor) on doors too (like sliding glass doors) and that would be the best option in my option.

Tip - it comes with two pieces of velcro tape. You might be tempted to use both pieces however I only put on one at the top back of the device (away from batter compartment) - this way the unit dangles on the Velcro - allowing it to move more if disturbed. (WORKS GREAT)

Oh and the battery is 9Volt so it is MUCH easier to get replacement compared to the Window/Door Sensor.

In Short - I am very happy with this add-on - as for the kit - just wish the dialer would call and tell you what specific zone - AND have the dialer announce what specific zone when hooked up to the main base station.
