Glad to finally have one

I've always just scrounged around the house for something to use whenever I need to roll out polymer clay, but the price was very reasonable and I sprang for it. Very glad to finally something I know I can use on my clay, that won't leave indents on the clay (like pencils), or leave clay where it doesn't belong (like the kitchen rolling pin). It's very smooth, feels solid and heavy. Good quality!

No problems with shipping, I received message it was in my mailbox and sure enough, it was there ( instead of it actually appearing in my mailbox after a few days). Read reviews and had concerns that my roller would arrive with cracks and scratches as some did, but it arrived in perfect condition. Spent several hours rolling different colors of polymer clay and the acrylic has not reacted with them, my roller is still crystal clear.
Cracked within a few uses.

Purchased this and it cracked down the side within a few days. I don't even know exactly what caused this. I just saw a line of cracks appeared when I continued working on my project. What I do remember is while rolling some sculpey, it fell from my ottoman onto faux wood flooring...from only 2 feet high. If that did it, welp this roller isn't very sturdy and of good quality. The cracks don't look internal and as if a fall did it, rather it's on the outer edge as if the coating just gave in and started peeling and cracking. I only used it a few times with standard Sculpey. Not happy and was a waste of money. Ended up purchasing another roller of stainless steel that has worked good.
Bought a new item, received one that was used.

Product is ok. I'm a little peeved that I bought a "new" product and the top of the plastic was cut off, and gone over with Scotch tape. Scratches and divets in the item means the whole area isn't useable. If you're going to resell a returned item, it should be inspected and repackaged properly.
Works. Well? Questionable.

Not sure if I received a defective roller but there are internal cracks all the way down the acrylic.
One star for it still functioning (in some areas of the roller without making divets). However, very disappointed with this purchase and will not be buying again.
Note: It's a relatively large roller so my suggestion is to check the sizing before purchasing.
