It works

Wife and I have been stocking a pond by pole catching 100+ small bluegill's, catfish, and bass from a local bayou. Truck has a 110v plug and we run this air pump to a standard size cooler 3/4 full or fresh water. It puts enough oxidation in the water to keep 100+- fish with oxidation even over night a few times. I was impressed. The fish all still have good color, and are jumping around healthy.
Thumbs up

This is the crate Air pump aquarium it is small and it is for small aquarium if you're going to buy one if you're going to buy more than one and put this to 55 gallon all of them and it's going to work this one it's the quietest Air pump I purchased your believe it or not but it's quiet it's approximately 0dB - 30dB You here the bubbles then the air pump. I will buy more if my old are pomp are going bad

An ideal pump for a single deep water culture hydroponics reservoir using a 5-gallon bucket.
Output is sufficient for a 1" x 1.5" or airstone. It can't use all the surface area of a 1" x 2" airstone.
Get some tubing, an airstone, and a check valve for a few bucks at your local hydroponics shop, if you have one.

Good for the $ but it hums

Not the quietest little thing but they don't say silent operation.... they just say its quiet. Granted for $4 you cannot complain. If you had this inside a cabinet or a tank stand then I can see this as being quiet enough. But by placing this on a desk next to the tank this will give off a constant hummmmmm like a phone on vibrate wrapped in a hand towel. Its about the size of a computer mouse and does not come with air hose.
Great product for such a low price.

So far this pump has decent pressure and it is fairly quiet. I thought it would be unbearable noisy considering how much I paid for it. I barely notice it's on. If placed it on a carpeted surface it makes no sound at all.
Update November 2017: Works great but over time it does make noise. A good amount of vibrating annoying sound. LoL
