Pleased to be able to order my favorite variety of instant mashed potatoes. Order was correct. Shipping and delivery was prompt. I actually received this one day earlier than expected delivery date. I ordered this in October 2019 and expiration date is September 2020. So all is good!

These .. and other Idahoan Instant Mashed Potatoes... are just plain... good.

And.. if you add some of your own touches... oh my.... hope you're not counting carbs.

We're real tater lovers... and wouldn't be insulted if we were served these potatoes.. instead of .. made from scratch... a lot of work... mashed potatoes.

I have always believed that potato skins needed to be mashed with any cooked or baked potatoes I would use for their higher nutrition value. Plus, they make it easier to hold a baked potato. Even though my "Keep Your Skins On" belief goes against most potato purists, I have loved the skins best (of all potato parts) since childhood. So, ignoring sharp comments about being either a Scottish throwback (by ONLY one generation and a redhead, now only silver), I sit firm in my commitment. Idahoan Instant Mashed Potatoes are so excellent that I can't tell the difference between them and the real ones that I make. With the one unfortunate exception: I have not yet learned how to get the familiar lumps in these, so they can be disguised AS the real ones . . .. bummer!!

I gave up on instant mashed a long time ago, when Potato Buds changed & were no longer good. A friend insisted I try these & they are now always on hand. Better than Buds ever were.
