Man what can I say I loved this vanilla so much, I literally will add it to anything I was making, one thing u suggest this flavor is so delicate is best for raw or low heat foods. But regardless it's worth the price! Please give it a try, I just ordered the Ugandan vanilla so I can try all their flavors.

Can't be subject to heat so you'll still need an old fashioned sturdy dependable vanilla like McCormick (better than NM Madagascar), but for sweetened cream, frostings and the like, imparts a wonderful different vanilla taste most of us are not used to. Try using in a 3:1 ratio (3 parts Tahitian to 1 part regular vanilla). Indispensable.
NOTE: something I've been doing lately for cookies is spraying the vanilla on while the cookies are still warm. I started by using a toothbrush, yes, it was new, soaking in vanilla, then running my thumb over the bristles to flick it on the cookie surface; this year, I went to a TSA travel size spray bottle - there's a little less waste that way and you can pour the unused v back into the bottle. I've read a lot about heat evaporation so I gave this a try, see what you think, you'll be amazed - but warm cookies, not hot, not cold.

The best vanilla in the world, I would not use any other. I purchased the two ounce jars for a gift bag and had a horrible time removing it from the lovely gift box provided by Neilsen-Massey. I never could get all the sticker residue off the box! Horrible bar-code label.

I am a huge fan of the Nielsen-Massey vanilla products. HUGE. I have used this brand exclusively for years, but only the Madagascar extract or paste. I am a fan of the Mexican vanilla as well. I needed vanilla for my Christmas baking so I thought I'd give Tahitian a try. I am a fan of . As soon as it arrived, I had to test it. All I can say is WOW! I made vanilla frosting for ginger creams and am blown away by the flavor it has. It's delicate and light. I will now be keeping this in stock solely for frostings and recipes were heating is not required.
