honestly pretty awful. The leather is of good quali
AlejandroAugust 30, 2016
The brass is dinged, scratched, honestly pretty awful. Definitely one of the worst parts about the belt. It isn't bad brass though. It's tough, sits well. Wouldn't wanna have to throw those clasps on in the dark or in a rush though.

The leather is of good quality, although it's made very large. I'm not even a 30 after a full meal, and I had to make several holes so it would sit on my waist.

The holster itself is the best part of the purchase, knowing what I do know I'd have bought it on its own. Kept my pistol in it for a day and practiced drawing from it. It takes good care of whatever you have secured inside of it, my full sized 1911 sits perfectly.

Just like the man said, you get what you pay for. The leather is extremely stiff - going to take a lot of work to make the holster usable. The brass buckle was scratched and tarnished. The brass rivets that attach the snap lock on the magazine pouch are corroded - not going to last very long. Am I happy with my purchase ???
Absolutely 100% worth it

I love this holster. I gave it four stars only because the magazines are a bit difficult to slide out of their holders, but I'll bet I could make that better with a little effort. I can't WAIT to strap this thing on whenever I go for a shootygun event!
Be prepared to punch some extra holes!

Made for a 54" waist. I have a 34" waist. Be prepared to buy a leather punch and make some extra holes. No big deal. Fits nicely now. Feels and looks great! Holster flap will require some stretching to close with .45 1911 hammer "cocked and locked." Works fine now. Owned over 3 months now. Am very satisfied with final outcome.

Like others have said , it arrived fast ! Quality is very nice . The only I don't understand is the duty belts of WWII were the green web belts with this holster so IM not sure who wore this type of belt ?
