it works and works well

i needed to put ethernet in a room that only had cable coaxial access. this did the trick and does not interfere with the cable signal. speed is great with no latency at all. only issue I have is that the units get VERY hot to the point that i had to isolate them on aluminum meshes' from other electronics.

Most of my outside webcams can have network cable that terminates in the garage, but how to get ethernet from the garage to the living room? This guy did the trick. Each room has coax runs, including the garage to the LR. Voila - instead of trying to run a 100ft cable I had instant connectivity. (As a long time networking IT engineer the irony of running ethernet over coax is not lost on me.)

I have nearly a dozen of these throughout my house creating wired connections to various things in just about every room in the house. They work like no other product I have ever tried and are certainly a cost savings compared to competitors products.
