Exactly what you would expect. Works well. Would be nice if it had a clip to hold the pen but the pen itself has a little nub on it that keeps it from rolling off the top if you lay it on top of the board.

Everyone at work was excited to have this board. It will come in handy in letting us know where everyone in the office is, however the adhesive on the Velcro to hold the board to the wall is not very strong at all. The board is not in the least bit heavy and it fell off the wall after being up for less than 24 hours. Also, the marker does not have a magnet to hold it to the board which makes it a little bit of a hassle.
