Haven't had someone try to pick or break the locks. I hope it doesn't happen but if it does I will review how well they held up or didn't. People complained about only having two keys with four locks. It's as described and you can make two keys for about a dollar. Read what you're buying. Cant't comment on their capabilities in cold climates. It's a smooth opening and closing lock though.

I have 4 tool lockers at work and use to have 4 different locks on each one, now with these I only need one key instead of fumbling with 4 different keys to open one locker.

Sturdier locks than I expected from the picture. Using them to lock kayaks on a trailer. They can be used as a hitch lock too. As many have pointed out, you only get 2 keys, but it's a standard blank and any hardware store or walmart or whatever can make more for you.
