Have had this set up for 5 nights and so far it is doing it's job! You do need to set it 2 degrees lower than the preferred temperature though. Because it won't kick on till it is 2 degrees over the desired temperature. So if 82 is your highest temp. than set it to 80.
We run a large minnow tank with our business and this chiller does a great job at keeping the water in the mid 50s

The unit is great, it's working just fine and got my water temperature to where I need so my fish wouldn't cook in this warm weather. The only thing I can say that was a little disappointing was the unit wasn't packed with enough packaging protective materials. My unit had a small piece at the bottom cracked off but it's no big deal, it's not effecting the functionality of the unit ehich is the most important thing. Highly recommended if you're looking for a chiller to keep your water temperature below 70 degrees.

Love this chiller. I'm able to leave my AC off during the day, and my electric bill is about $50-$75 cheaper a month vs last year when I didn't have this chiller. Vegas heat is no match for this thing.
