Product is good, not as good as they were in the past. They are using cheaper St Steel, it fails in 4 years instead of 8.

I purchased two of these to replace some older Bobrick dispensers that were installed a few years ago at our city park. The old dispensers leaked soap thru the valve. During baseball season, these dispensers get regular use and so far the new ones have not leaked but there is already a few rust spots on them just after a few months.
