I've had nothing but trouble using H/Depot and Lowes closers. These are the absolute BEST!!!!

Looks like any other door closer but it closes smoothly from start to finish instead of smoothly from the halfway point
It Works With Some Do It Yourself Adjustments

I like the gliding feature of the closure.
I live in an older house (1954) and my door jam isn't flush. So when the bracket wouldn't mount close to the screen door, once installed the screen door would only open about 70 degrees instead of the expected 90 degrees. I called the company's tech support. I sent pictures and they confirmed that the unit wasn't designed for my door jam. They said I could return the unit. Before returning the unit, I called my handyman. He was able to install a piece of wood to get the stationary bracket on my jam close enough to the screen door so it could open to 90 degrees. It took him about 30 minutes to make this happen. So older home owners beware!
