I have been a big fan of Scharffen Berger for a while. I have purchased the large block and thought I'd give the baking squares a try. Amazing taste and makes wonder chocolate torte as well as mousse. I will definitely buy this again. I also use Callebaut, but the flavor is different. Not necessarily better or worse, just a different chocolate taste.

I have been a long-time fan of baking with Scharffen Berger chocolate. I couldn't find it at my local grocery store after I moved, so I decided to check Amazon and I am so glad I did. Sharffen Berger is high quality chocolate and therefore, it fetches a premium price. I was so delighted with how much cheaper is was on Amazon than at my old grocery store. I used it to make triple chocolate espresso cookies and they were amazing! I still have a bag and a half left, after giving a friend who is a pastry chef a bag to try. She loved it too!
