I bought this scale back in June and at first, it worked fine. A couple months ago it began malfunctioning; I tried adding another profile and the "Set" button wasn't responding to my touch easily. I'd have to press it several times before it worked. Just in the past month, it stopped taking my weight completely. I'd stand in it and the screen would just go black. I tried resetting it completely, but now the "Set" button barely responds to touch. All other buttons are working. After I finally got my profile reset and got to the final step (enter your age), no 0.0 came up like the manual says. Instead it said "Lo" and then began turning on and off again by itself, being every time. I had to take the batteries out. There doesn't seem to be an option to return this item, even though there is a warranty, so I've resorted to this review instead. I'm pretty annoyed that I didn't even get a year out of this $50 scale. So frustrating.
Just get a regular scale

Does not calculate fat or muscle mass accurately. The percentage has stayed the same for my last 3 weight ins. The scale at my trainers has moved /changed but not my Ozeri scale at home. I got 2 different measurements within 1 minute apart. I'm really bummed. I guess it's ok if you just want to know how much you weigh...but not on if you're tracking your "gains".
3 stars, but I’d buy it again just for the digital scale feature for the right price; the auxiliary features aren’t accurate/de

I purchased 2 "Ozeri Touch 440 lbs Total Body Bath Scale "“ Measures Weight, Fat, Muscle, Bone & Hydration with Auto Recognition and Infant Tare Technology;" One for my home and one for my sons home. The scale looks great. I'm quite satisfied with the product. I would also even recommend the scale if it was under $25. The only reason I gave it three stars is because I don't feel the auxiliary features, body fat measurement, total water weight, and bone mass work accurately or are dependable. The reason I don't believe these features work accurately/dependable is because I found large changes from one day to the next; for example, I doubt I'm losing a half a pound of bone or gaining a half a pound of bone within 24 hours!
I wish I could give it zero stars

Literally nothing about this scale worked. I have spend two hours trying to get it set up this includes resetting it multiple times and calling customer service. No matter who stands on it read 30.6 pounds and then gives and error when trying to measure the other things. The ONE time that I did get it to read zero and stood on it the screen just kept running numbers and wouldn't settle on a weight. This is literally the worst. Don't waste your money. I have to try and find the box and see if I can get my money back. I could go further on how frusterated I am with this scale but it would not be productive even a little. Just don't buy it unless you want to dig through the recycling bin after two hours or trying to set it up to send it back.
Nice scale

I like this scale. The readings are consistent and the features are amazing for the price. Setup is simple.
I was surprised by my low bone and muscle mass readings. My wife's were also low. I don't know if the readings are inaccurate or we need to beef up some. Either way the readings are consistent and will serve as a useful baseline to observe changes to something we have never measured before.
One small gripe - the white scale is not exactly white to my eye - there is a slight green tint. I returned one for exchange but the replacement was the same color. It looks nice - pretty glass top and shiny metal "buttons" - and I will keep it but if you are looking for white like the picture mine was a little different.
UPDATE - the muscle/bone mass info on the scale is probably right but the manual contains inaccurate tables to interpret the info. Look it up on the wed instead.
