I purchased this trumpet in March of 2016, less than a year ago. The instrument has worked fairly well, other than a slight sticking of the second valve that has become progressively worse. The trumpet was taken to have a tiny "dent" in the (2)valve repaired in October. After having the horn assessed by multiple instrument repairmen, I have recently been told that the dent was not causing the problem with the valve. The actual valve was not set straight and is not at all repairable. My son now has no instrument to play. Please be wary of this serious flaw.

My son wanted a silver trumpet for junior band. I chose this one as the most expensive I could afford. It is much better than the cheaper trumpet I bought his older brother two years ago! The extra money was worth it.
Make sure the valves aren't sticking.

Purchased this for my daughter. She wanted a silver one and this looked good and had great reviews. First time trying it the valves constantly stuck so she did everything you're supposed to do including working them awhile. Nothing worked. Very unreliable. We took it to our music store where they gave it an acid bath. Now it seems to be working a little better.
Very disappointed with this product. I gave an extra star because to be fair I did not contact the seller and just took it to the music store, ended up costing us $40 extra.
