Sounds Cheesy

I was born and raised in WI and MN my dad managed plants for Land O Lakes and in that environment I was exposed to cheeses. Lived in Oregon for several years and discovered the joy of Tillamook cheese. This is the BEST.
it is good chedder, but not sharp

I am from Wisconsin where cheese is cheese and we do not eat processed cheese food! there is no way that this is extra sharp, not even sharp, they can call it cheddar, and take the word vintage off of it , it is not wine. overpriced overbooked, it is good chedder, but not sharp. I will never buy it again.

OMG... I'm a cheese lover and this is the best sharp cheddar cheese I've ever tasted. I usually like the white better than the yellow but this is out of this world. None of the greasy texture found in store brands and it is very creamy. The taste is awesome. Too bad I live in Florida where in the summer it would be melted. I ordered this week because we are having a cold front 53* today and it arrived in perfect shape. If you love cheddar cheese then buy this. You won't be disappointed.

While this is a very good "sharp" cheddar. I would not catoragize it as EXTRA Sharp. Maybe I am spoiled by the great Pinconning (Michigan) Extra Sharps. I do not regret ordering it.
