Swanstone 42x36 grey granite shower base

Overall the shower base is well made and seems durable. However the Drain cover and gasket were not included with the shower base even though the picture in the amazon ad for the shower base clearly shows the drain cover attached. I went to the Swanstone website and looked at the installation instructions and the instructions say that the drain and gasket are included in the kit. However they were not included in my kit purchased through amazon llc. I called Swanstone customer service today and they could not have been any nicer to me. They said they were mailing me the drain kit today. I originally had given this a lower rating but since Swanstone was so nice to remedy the problem , I have raised my rating because the actual base unit is very well made and seems very durable as long as it is installed correctly.
