This should be called Miracle Ice. Works amazingly well on my muscle pain. Just a little amount goes a long way. Bought a large size and I have used it daily. I like the feeling of a "hot" cold....doesn't smell like those other ointments...ended up buying a smaller size to keep in my overnight bag. Amazing stuff. Only problem I had was the ointment getting under my fingernails. Washes right off.
