After a few days of using this product I have to believe it's either old or part of a subpar lot. It doesn't seem to work as well as the normal stuff 90% of the time then I'll hit a pocket that blows my mind. So I don't know what's going on here. It's also very thick.
Does it do the job? Sure. Would I buy it again? Nope. I'll stick with tried and true normal stuff that's cheaper and probably fresher. Which might make me sound like a crazy person, but there it is.

I've used Biofreeze before but needed more than the sample sizes that are handed out at events. As expected Biofreeze works great.
The only issue I had is that the tube is defective. When I squeeze the product from the tube, it doesn't come from the opening, but rather from the side of the tube (see videos).

My husband loves China gel but admits this works far longer and better for those extra deep pains he gets from being a middle age juijitsu practioner. Well worth the price for those of us who practice extreme sports. Smell is not super over powering "make you tear up" like some cheap brands of gel.

This stuff is a life saver! I had an accident and really messed up the rotator cuff tendons in my shoulder. I use this daily and I can function normal with minimal pain. I like the professional version so much better than the regular. It lasts much longer. My only suggestion would be to check the expiration dates. The 3 pack I received has an expiration date of June 2018, so I will have to use it up faster. The tube I purchased from a professional massage place has the expiration date of 2020. But, I also paid $20 retail for one tube versus $10 per tube on Amazon.

I have a chronic disc injury that causes a severe backache when I stand still for a time, do a lot of bending or walking or if I lift anything more than a few pounds. I like to remain active. and using the Biofreeze prior to working in the garden or times when I'll be doing lots of walking, bending or lifting makes it possible to work for hours! (I also wear a brace if doing work for more than 30 minutes but by itself that isn't enough.) The gel is hot when you put it on so be careful of sensitive skin and definitely do it where you can wash your hands right away so it doesn't get in your eyes -if you brush your hand nearby, even hours later it, can irritate your eyes if your unwashed hand rubs them. They also make a spray that works well.
