Works for Sciatica Nerve Pain
BigXor•October 25, 2017
Works for Sciatica nerve pain as well as fish oil. Don't take more than dosage on bottle.
Works well for seasoning cast iron skillets, pans, pots, etc. Produces very little smoke compared to other oils.
Pilchard•October 20, 2017
In my home this is mostly used to season cast iron skillets, pans and pots. It works well, and provides a non-stick, no rust surface that lasts a long time. My preference has been for non stick surfaces that are natural. Iron and flaxseed fit the bill. If you have iron cookware, this is a cost effective way to season it. Other oils can make a lot of smoke while seasoning, this flaxseed oil does not. If you have issues with a lot of smoke from vegetable or other oils, consider flaxseed oil.
GREAT!!!

Works great for seasoning cast iron.
Made an awesome patina on my cast-iron pan
Sean Stewart•September 8, 2017
Used this to season my cast iron pans.
When polymerised, this oil creates an awesome patina (just make sure you cook the cast iron for an hour or so in the oven to fully cook it off).
The oil reeks though. Definitely not a fan of the smell. PROBABLY wouldn't stick this anywhere near my mouth (on purpose), but I'm sure some people do ...
My use case might be different than yours though!
