This herbal product is pretty easy on my digestive system. Compared to eating black radish from the supermarket. It seems to be a good addition for my routine. I use herbs and vitamins on a regular basis. This is pricey for an herbal but you get a lot of tablets and a recommended dose per day is one tablet. I can't make tea out of the tablets, that's what was recommended to me but taking the tablets seems to be working through my system nicely. They are strong smelling but keeping the bottle sealed properly solves any escaping oder. Which is what you should do with all supplements to keep them fresh.

I've used this supplement off/on for several years. I originally got it from a nutritionist to help relieve jock itch which I learned was a fungus. I use this along with Standard Process' Zymex. Whenever the fungus returns I order this. I take 2 in the morning and 1 before bed along with Zymex, 1 in the morning and 1 before bed. They take a while to work. It's not an overnight process. I also use Lotramin AF in the beginning to help with the itching. After a couple weeks I stop the Lotramin and just continue with the Spanish Black Radish & Zymex. Sometimes it takes a month or so to get my fungus to go. I guess it depends on how bad the condition is when you start using this.

I have suffered from acid reflux for many years taking many different medications. The one I was taking Ranitidine 300mg (Zantac) for several years went off the shelves. These Spanish black radish tablets are little lifesavers. They take away my heartburn quickly. I will say I eat healthy and try to avoid foods that cause heartburn but sometimes it happens.
