All natural Vitamin E, not synthetic

Very pleased with this product. It is not a synthetic vitamin E & you can tell by reading the ingredients, but also by the color. Natural oils like this or antarctic krill oil, are a deeper shade of color. There is absolutely no flavor even though it does give off an unpleasant order upon opening the bottle. Softgels are fairly big which is normal for this particular vitamin. My hair & skin are softer since I've been taking it. However, the first few days I took it, I didn't feel well. It is for one's self to determine how much vitamin E one takes on a daily basis. That being said, I'll definitely buy this brand again, just not the 1000IU a day. I would recommend this product.

I have used this and repurchased this many times. Great choice for and E supplement. I take this every day along with saw palmetto and a collagen/vitamin C supplement. A plastic surgeon suggested this combo to help keep skin, hair and nails strong and healthy, especially for mature women. Sometimes I open a capsule and add it to a tablespoon of coconut oil for dental oil pulling too for healthy gums and teeth.
