I normally eat thai chili peppers but they are not in season here. The only way for me to get them is to drive an hour away which is normally worth it but I decided to give this a try. This is how i normally prepare my peppers although this product is pretty mild. I wish it would be a little bit more spicy, I just have to use quite a bit of it. It has a pretty sweet and spicy taste.

Just not sure what this is supposed to taste like. That being said, it was mentioned on a cooking show and I could not find it in my local markets. Thank goodness Amazon had it so that I could make the recipe. The recipe was okay so I cannot honestly say it was this item that made it just okay or the recipe itself was just okay. In any case, my son said that he likes this like a condiment when he wants something spicy.
