If you haven't discovered Columbian arepas, look it up and get cooking. This pre-cooked corn flour can also be added to soups and stews and has many other uses. It is easier to cook with than raw corn flour and tastes great. It is distributed by Goya. In my grocery store it is carried in the Goya Mexican foods section, not in the flour and sugar section. Or just let amazon deliver it (the price is a little higher.) If you haven't visited South America, you can see lots of references to arepas in the TV show Rosario Tijeras.
