So much better than the cones, tape or other inserts i have tried

so far these have worked the best at opening my nostrils. i find that rinsing with warm water softens them for first time use. since i usually hold my nose open with my fngers on each cheek, pushing up my skin to widen my nostrild with these i can let my hands rest for a change. dont know why walgreens threw thesehese aside for sleep tights but these work best for me.
Well made product, good idea. Just didn't work for me.

I love the idea of this but it just did not work for me.
I tried it for 2 weeks with no success.
Product is made well.. it's just not for me.
Here's the problem... If you have to sneeze, blow your nose, or pick your nose in the middle of the night then this thing comes out.
It's no fun to put back in when you're half asleep and not wanting to get up.
The strips on the outside of the nose are way easier to deal with in that regard.
I just decided to stop using a nasal breath aids all together. When I do need one I cut one of the adhesive strips in half.

Too painful for sleep aid. Good for other uses.

I'm baffled by some reviews praising how gentle and comfortable this product is. I cannot emphasize how wrong that is. It's not that it hurts when you're wearing it, but the prolonged overnight use will literally bruise your septum because of the pressure it applies there.
Now here is the thing: I only faced this issue when using it overnight. I decided to give it a try for short periods of time, more specifically a 30 min workout. For that use, it works GREAT, because it is very effective in opening your nostrils more than any nasal strip or similar product. It is also reasonably stable, so you won't have to worry about the thing falling off your nose all the time.
Worth giving a try for sports and workouts. It should be marketed for that use.

Worked great but only for a couple of nights

Worked great the first two nights. It was comfortable and took no getting used to. Unfortunately from the third night on the device would not stay put. It got gradually worse every night. It would shift around in such a way that it was no longer accomplishing it's purpose or sometimes it just fell out. I tossed out the first device after a couple weeks and tried the second one. The results were the same. Everybody's nose is shaped differently. This product didn't work for me but it might for you.
Pretty good

These work pretty well and open up the nasal passages well. The pads that push on the septum, though are rather hard and will cause severe irritation if I don't put a pad of kleenex or toilet paper between it and the skin.
