Ordered this puzzle and it came busted open, completely useless. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered a replacement. Yet again, received the puzzle and it was busted. I'm not sure what's going on with these products? It's almost like people can't solve the puzzle, so they rip them open making them useless, then sell them online.

Piece of junk. Came in a brown box all taped up and three pieces fell out when I opened it. No instructions to indicate if it was broken or not and none to assemble it. No cute "gift" box like in the listing. Looked like I got it at the dollar store not paid $15.00 for it. Sent it back in a New York minute!!!! Don't waste your time or money.
Poorly made Puzzle Gift Case

I bought this puzzle maze gift card case a few years ago, but it must have been made by another company, because that one worked well. The spring for the puzzle cover was broken the moment I got it. As to not waste my money - I had to glue the cover shut to still give my gift to. The ball does not even fit the slot to make the maze cover open!!! Its just a useless puzzle - my gift recipient just has to fake solve the puzzle. Don't waste your money. This sucks.
Perhaps the best part is that they are reusable

These were an absolute hit this holiday. While the boxes are fairly cheap plastic- they certainly aren't expensive. My children opened these about half way through our pile of presents and stayed distracted by them for almost an hour trying to figure them out...even though there was still a pile of things to unwrap. Perhaps the best part is that they are reusable. They turned around and gave friends gift cards in them. Well worth the money.
