I've heard alot of 6.5 but these for the money, are by far the best i ever heard. Wayyy better than Pioneer hands down.i got 8 of these in my 2007 Tahoe with 2 JL Audio ZR1 tweeters, with a Rockford Punch 600.4 pushin them.also have 6 of these in my 84' coup deville, i love them, super loud and clear. You wont be disappointed

these speakers sound amazing! replaced a set of kicker cs65 coaxial speakers with these and i was a bit hesitant to spend that much on a set of speakers but after i heard them i couldn't be happier with the purchase

Bought these to replace my front dash speakers and tweeters in my '11 Jeep Wrangler and they sound amazing!!! Great highs from the tweeters and perfect mids and lows from the woofers. I'm using a 1200 Watt Pioneer amp to run my entire sound system to give these guys the 220 watt RMS they deserve. The tweeters after taking them down to just the speaker itself fit perfectly, with a dab of silicone to hold, in the factory dash tombstones. I was very happy to replace all my speakers, soundbar included, with these Alpine 60 R-Type speakers they simply sound amazing with the top off my jeep and enjoying the sunshine!

Speakers sound excellent. Clear and crisp. Watch the crossover adjustment though. Break in time is approximately 10 hours.

Great speaker at a nice price. All the options for different mounting styles are included. These fit perfectly in the front doors of 2014 Ford Focus and are a huge improvement over the stock speakers. Crossovers fit snugly above the control modules in the doors. Nice clean install.
