I love this stuff. Started walking 3-5 miles a day. I drink this about 30min prior and find that I walk further and have more energy. since dieting and walking I have lost 40lbs and I attribute some of this to the energy I gain when using this product. No crashes like redbull or 5 hour energy drinks. Seems like it is better for you than the other energy drinks. Other review say they don't like the taste, I disagree. I put a bottle of water in the freezer for 20-30 min just enough so the water begins to freeze. The orange taste like a creamsicle. The colder the better.

I've consumed Zipfizz for the past 5 years or more. I typically take it twice a day. Morning and then around late afternoon. I'm a huge fan. Grape is my favorite. It doesn't make you gittery like a lot of energy drinks and tastes great and just keeps you going throughout the day!

I love that this have all the vitamins you need for energy but one thing I didn't like is the fizz. I'm trying to minimize the acidity in my body. I'm sure if I use a ph level test, this would be in high acid level. I hope that this product will have a version that there is no fizz.

Don't waste your time with coffee any longer, Zip Fizz is the way to go! It's officially my favorite caffeinated drink, and i've gotten two of my coworkers hooked on it. Much easier on the stomach than coffee (I usually only do a half of a tube instead of a full one at once), and it's packed with vitamins and electrolytes that keep me hydrated and feeling well. They're also wonderful for hangovers (similar to hydralyte but with caffeine and extra vitamins). I would recommend the iced tea or the citrus, I think the fruity flavors can be too sweet and taste like bad kool aid.
