When we were getting the steamer I did not care if it would be too loud or easy enough to use or anything like that... We were totally exhausted after 4 months battle with bed bugs and SEVEN pointless chemical treatments by "professionals" PCO BugEX. We were bitten after 7 treatments and could not take it anymore. Steamer got the job done, it DID! I spent about 12-15 hours steaming the apartment in 3 treatments. And ever since then we were bites free for over a month.It is possible that I did not need to steam that much ( couch 4 hours, floors 2-3 hours and etc). But I knew I needed to get it done.
So YES, it might be a bit noisy, but you should just turned water amount down. Overall I think those are not important details. We only care about the fact that bed bugs are GONE!
I can not describe how relieved I feel. Thanks to the all people on amazon who answered my questions.
Very highly recommended !!! Very effective thing against of bed bugs.
Other things you will need:
Bed Bug proof encasements ( ours were from walmart- great good quality). Get those for mattress and box spring.
Bed Bug climbup interceptors for bed feet to stop bug from crawling onto your bed.
We got ZappBug Bag to heat treat books, toys and shoes.
We got bed bug powder to apply into crack after steam.
If you got those supplies you should be all set!

I run a Mobile Auto Detailing Company in Southern Arizona and I am very pleased with this product. I have had the unit in service for over 3 months now doing at least one vehicle a day. It runs for about 45 min. straight and has not changed in performance since I bought it.

Pros -
Very light
Easy to use
Long run time for machines that are comparable to this one
Easy Maintenance
Can be used in the professional setting
Just does a great job

The only complaint I would have is just from heavy and steady use. For example the piece that attaches to the hand gun is the weakest point of the machine. Ive had to replace the part twice. (see attached picture).
Another point for improvement would be a way to use everyday microfibers and not just the ones that you have to purchase from Vapamore. Also a brush with long bristles for vents would be amazing. However I realize this isn't a steamer built for auto detailing.

Cons -
Main attachment to the gun is weak and breaks easily
Not made for auto detailing (not its fault, but writing for those who are looking at this product for their business)

I love love love this contraption. I have used it to clean grout (three rooms of tile laid more than 15 years ago), rid bed bugs, get rid of a stain on the car roof - interior (a bottle of pop burst last summer and stained it like a pee stain - it came right out), refreshed some pillows, and cleaned some stains from carpet. I am beyond satisfied. If I had the time, this machine would become a side hustle because you can do so much with it. The only negative I can think of is that there needs to be information for replacement tools in the kit though because I wore the bristles down for the grout applicator. Also, I think here should be an indicator on the body of the MR-100 that tells when he water is low. Waiting for steam to lessen is not enough of an indicator especially if you are on a roll. The use of this machine was easy and fabulous and I am looking for more ways to use it. Tonight I clean a bag of clothes meant to go to the cleaners and see how that goes. Great videos on Youtube too.

This is an amazing product! What they don't tell you is that it requires a specific kind of water and using any other type will void your warranty. As a matter of fact, pretty much anything can void your warranty on this item! Furthermore, it states it is a dry steamer but it has the tendency to spit out quite a bit of water in the process even when operated exactly as directions require. However, all the little kinks and complaints are really no comparison to the true ability of this machine! I bought it for a bedbug situation we had been dealing with for a couple of months since my sister brought home someone's old furniture. We tried everything and there is no chemical spray out there that can truly do anything to kill the bedbug eggs or the bedbugs. After a week of spraying, they became resistant to the spray we'd bought and it just wasn't doing anything to remedy the growing issue. We were considering paying Terminex $1800 to do a 1 time treatment with a guarantee to come back if the problem continues. However, I found out they only steam treat so I looked into professional grade steamers and it was the smartest solution yet! It also works wonders on taking the smoke smell out of walls, furniture, curtains, as well as steaming showers, floors, washing walls, cleaning ovens and stoves and pretty much anything else you find hard to clean...it'll cover it for you!

Never before had heard of this brand before amazon, but have been impressed with the steamer so far. Makes my hardwood floors look so shiny and brings back the shine that so easily gets smudged. Also cleans the grime that a mop doesn't get and gets everything looking new again!
