I highly recommend this generator from a cost efficient perspective
Amazon Customer•April 30, 2017
We've had this generator for about 3 years. ZERO issues. Runs our full size trailer, 15,500 BTU A/C and appliances at the same time. It's a CHAMP! Haven't tried it using the microwave as we've never actually used the microwave for anything other than storage. I highly recommend this generator from a cost efficient perspective. It's not overly loud, seems almost on par with a Honda. A little louder, but....Not horrible!
Nice Unit!
Dan'l•May 26, 2016
This is a decent genset for what it is. It starts and runs my 8000 btu a/c unit in auto throttle mode. The electric start and remote start fob work fine. It less expensive, has more features, but the finishes are not as nice as a comparable Honda. I don't have a Honda to use to compare noise, but overall it's a pretty quiet package, especially considering its output capability.
This thing is heavy but the wheels help, mine work great on pavement but I haven't tried dragging it though dirt yet. Some reviews say the wheels are worthless. My unit was supplied with substantial wheels with solid rubber tires. Perhaps they made a change since earlier units?
The unit comes with a tool set, extra spark plug, extra fuse, two key fobs and two keys, jug to fill it with oil (you supply the oil but the dipstick is tucked down in there so they gave us a jug to make life easier), a pipe to drain out the oil, plus the manual. Before I bought mine I found a downloadable copy of the manual from Home Depot's website. It literally comes with everything but gas and oil.
The unit comes enclosed in a plastic bag inside lots of protective foam shipping blocks. Residual oil from the factory test was on the unit's case, and needed to be cleaned off. You also have to connect the battery, and mine was dead to begin with, but after the first pull start the battery charged and is working fine.

Powers RV Air Conditioner
Andrea Corvi•June 4, 2014
I bought this to power my 13,500 BTU RV air conditioner. It can at 5000' altitude when you select AUTO Idle - OFF. Then first place the AC to fan only on high speed for 3 minutes. Then start the AC to run the compressor. The overload lights will briefly flash but then go out as the AC compressor spins up. Noise levels are moderate. You can hear the generator run inside the RV but can hold a conversation in a normal tone of voice standing next to the generator. As noted before the manual lacks clear instruction for the remote feature.
