Very nice cover
Straydogger✓ Verified Purchase•November 28, 2017
Nice, snug cover for my 1989 Goldwing. Comes in a nice carry bag and it's easy to get it back in the bag after using. Of course, folding it exactly like it was when first opened is near impossible but I just rolled it tight and it fit in the bag with no problem. Really snug fit around the bottom and has grommets and an attached small bungie cord to keep it tight. I don't think the bungie is needed though. It has a small piece inside the cover where my antenna mount is to keep it from ripping I guess. Time will tell how that works. I just bought it so I have no info on weather protection but wind shouldn't be a problem with this cover.
Color faded within 2 weeks to a dull pink, and grommets and tie down elastic hooks ...

Have had this cover for about 6 weeks and it's already in tatters. Color faded within 2 weeks to a dull pink, and the grommets and tie down elastic hooks began to fray and fall apart. No less than 3 large rips in the cover have occurred from nothing more than weather. Might be a good cover for a bike stored in a garage, but not made to last for a bike stores outside, which kind of defeats the purpose. Save your money
Good bike cover for the price

I have used this style of bike cover for many years. it is very durable and well made. It has two cords attached to secure under the bike, but the cords are difficult to reach. I use a stick with a hook in the end to pull the cords under the bike. This model of cover fits my Honda GL-1500 perfectly. It will also fit a Honda GL-1800. It has a pad to prevent scratching the windscreen, but I also use a windscreen cover under the bike cover. Note: if you have replaced the factory windscreen on your bike with a taller one, this cover might not fit. This cover will not fit a trike. I have a Tow-Pac®, and this cover covers everything except the Tow-Pac wheels.
The fabric is polyester, coated with polyurethane. Sunlight does cause it to fade, but it will last for about five years if kept outdoors. I don't have a garage, and this is the only way I can cover the bike.
The cover is somewhat difficult to pack without assistance, therefore I use this cover at home and use a smaller half cover for travelling.

(size large) However it covers her bike like a tent

I ordered this cover for my daughter's Suzuki Intruder 800 as it was supposed to fit. (size large) However it covers her bike like a tent! I fits my Harley Davidson Wide Glide much better (but the size reference says it won't fit my Harley.) Otherwise I like it very much. The material seems stout enough to protect the bike from the elements as I park both bike under a carport
I'll order another in the smaller size for my daughter's bike and use this one for my bike.

Stiching comes apart
Amazon Customer✓ Verified Purchase•October 4, 2014
Mine has come apart at the seams after one week of use. I bought it knowing that we were going to be "homeless" during our move and my bike was going to have to stay outside. It has been parked under our building but semi-open to the wind which has been just enough to make the seams come loose. Noticed it when I walked down the other morning and my mirror was sticking though a gapping hole. It would be great for keeping dust off a bike in an enclosed space but if you are looking for a light cover to use outside, look elsewhere.
